A Ph.D in Management. MFM- Master’s in Financial Management, MBA in Marketing, MS in Education Management, MPhil in Education and Management. MSc in Applied Psychology. Master’s in Commerce, B.Com., Post Graduate Diploma in Distance Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling. Dr. Nivesh Khanna is the Founder of Shiksa Nivesh. He has published many articles in various research journals & local news papers.

Adding up to his experience, Dr. Nivesh Khanna was Programme Co-ordinator for Distance Education Courses of Alagappa University almost 16 years. He has a rich knowledge and understanding of the right interest of an individual. He has guided and counseled more than 2500 students so far. Most of them have achieved greater heights in their professional careers.

Dr. Khanna believes that, in this globalized world where there are multiple options for education and career growth, it is extremely necessary for a candidate to get some expert guidance. One may get every information on the internet, but an advice from someone experienced is very important and helpful at the same time.
He is passionate to provide exceptional counselling services to the youth in order to facilitate their transition from learners to successfully employable adults. His experience persuades him to share some knowledge and guidance with students in schools and colleges.

Taking his mission forward, Dr. Nivesh Khanna also guides students and parents who wish to apply overseas. Right from students looking for guidance in Surat to the ones looking for an education in good universities within their own budget. Dr. Khanna also counsels the youth looking for the right career path as per the latest career trends. Mr. Khanna offers individual counselling sessions as well as conducts career talks and organises career guidance workshops to help students understand the process of career planning and career options available to them in different fields of study and location around the world.

Dr. Nivesh Khanna is the founder of Shiksha Nivesh. Shiksha Nivesh – a one of a kind organization based in Surat headed by Dr. Nivesh Khanna. This Shiksha Nivesh quest started in the year 2001 and over the years. At Shiksha Nivesh, we help you to improve various skills, reconnect with yourself and help you spark interest and curiosity for new ways to learn numerous talents and fulfill your dreams.

The organization strives to empower students in choosing the best career options and to guide them in the right directions. As Indian parents have a strong influence in shaping the careers of their children, they should be well-informed with all the new career opportunities. Many times, children are forced to pursue more financially rewarded careers even if they are of no interest to the students. Therefore, counselling parents is equally important as they are the main decision-makers as far as their children’s career is concerned.

Dr. Nivesh Khanna’s experiences have driven his passion to be a source of guidance for students who face a number of challenges while making future choices. He has found students to be in a state of confusion due to course choices, parental and peer pressure, competitive stress and so on. He is eager to guide his students towards a career choice where they no longer feel that by selecting a career they are fulfilling an obligation. His intense exposure and involvement with the students has helped him in identifying possible points of intervention which could help them move towards a better, informed career choice.

He wants to serve as a change-agent for his students and help them in making career choices that are aligned with their passion and calibre. With the urge to invest time in youth, Dr. Nivesh Khanna is motivated to help them overcome stress and anxiety so that they can plan out their future in a better way!

His experience as a counsellor allows him to understand situations from a student’s perspective, which parents and others might miss out on. He understands the core need to keep students motivated during the process of making career choices. For him, counselling is an opportunity to make an impact on a child’s life in a substantial manner.

Dr. Nivesh Khanna works with the focused vision of understanding each student’s passion and competence and helps them make responsible career choices. Having witnessed the myriad challenges faced by students these days as an educator, he believes that there is a dire need for an institution like Shiksha Nivesh, which can offer high quality and affordable guidance solutions to students.
